On the Friday night of June 17th, I was awarded the The Tanzania Annual Young Professionals Award for the Incubator Category. The Incubator Category is for Tanzanian-owned organizations and initiatives that help other youth develop and unleash their potential, contributing to the development of the society and nation.

It was a nerve wracking experience especially during the voting days and early hours of the award ceremony. But then I had 3 YALI big sisters of mine from Cohort 1, Nesia, Gloria and Maggie who had nominated me for the award. They were there to remind me to trust God's will. Eventually all the worries disappeared and minutes later I was announced the award winner. I'm very happy to share this news with the YALI RLC EA Family. #YALITransformation

Now, it's upon me to keep doing the work and improve, to reach more people.
