I'm Jadmire Feret cohort 24 from the republic of Congo.
My will of performing my english skills brought through english clubs there I heard about the Young African Leaders Initiative(Yali).
After two attempts I finally joined the great program.
The youth (mates and facilitators)I met during the program changed my paradigms from Africa because I saw how they are dedicated in change. I realised that all are standing to reach the same goal which is SUCCESS FOR A BETTER  AFRICA.
I took the as gift the skills of leadership abilities, diversification, the power of communication and some other.By the way yali's training perfomed my teaching abilities my way of volunteering.Though since and after yali's training I'm always on the same wavelength(A teacher, volunteer in women and kid's education)in schools, clubs and orphanages, but methods of performance changed: I learned a lot from the training and still learning from the network .
In brief above all, Yali is all about Education Transformation and Positive Impact.
