Fortunatus Ekklesiah from Tanzania and Heidi Mumia from Kenya have come up with an exciting way for Alumni to share via a Book Club.
"The YALI RLC EA Book Club is a virtual educational platform for alums of the center to share, read, discuss, recommend books and help each other in developing and sustaining a reading culture. Each month they have a balanced-diet (schedule) of books to read and virtually meet to discuss them. Members can choose to read based on where they most need growth, and with at least 4 books available each month, they have the opportunity to stretch and read more books.
The book club operates on Telegram, which can be downloaded on Mobile Application Stores or accessed at http://web.telegram.org/ . After joining please send your name to +255719299676, and you shall be added.
